St John's Road, Glebe

This project involved the complete renovation of a residence in Glebe.

The site had been abandoned for up to ten years and had significantly deteriorated during this time.

It included :

- site remediation (removal of contaminated soils) and asbestos removal
- demolition of non-required out buildings
- complete restoration of existing residence into two luxury residences
- conversion of stables into two new residences

All residences were leased immediately upon completion and the client has since completed a second project with Gartner Rose.
