Gartner Rose were appointed by Hector
Abrahams Architects to carry out the construction works required for the
student carpark at St John's College within the University of Sydney.
The project saw the demolition of the existing redundant concrete and the
construction of the new carpark surface. From Parramatta Road, new
bollards were installed along the driveway further to new fencing. The
carpark was also fitted with a new drainage system.
The works complement our recently completed projects within the 1868
Wardell designed Gothic Revival building, involving refurbishments and additions to various
heritage sections of St John's College, including the commercial kitchen.
We now move on to stage five of the works on site the college for our handrails project.
