Gartner Rose has successfully completed the works to modify Minto Station
and simultaneously upgrade the station to Easy Access
standard appointed by the Australian Rail Track Corporation
Scope of works included:
Demolition of the existing stairs to enable the existing pedestrian
footbridge to be extended over the South Sydney Freight Line.
The construction of new precast stairs to the new span of the
footbridge which provides access to and from the pedestrian
footbridge and Somerset Street.
A new lift was erected to enable easy access to and from the new span
of the pedestrian footbridge and Somerset Street.

A new kerb line in Somerset Street was built, as well as the
construction of a new car park accessed from Wiltshire Street.
