Dumbarton Street Project Completion

Gartner Rose is delighted to announce the safe and successful completion of the works to the residence at Dumbarton Street, McMahon’s Point.

13,462 hours were worked to complete the scope, which involved excavating below the existing house for the construction of a basement garage and a complete two storey extension to the rear of the property.

The extension to the existing house consisted of:

• Construction of the master bedroom facing Berry’s Bay with a palatial ensuite
• An extended kitchen, study/media room, main bathroom, luxurious courtyard, 2nd bedroom with an ensuite and a 3rd bedroom
• Installation of a lift to the now three storey home
