Project Award for Central Station Lift Replacement

We are delighted to advise that Gartner Rose has been appointed by Sydney Trains to undertake works required for the replacement of a lift at Central Station.

The project is expected to commence on site in early March.

A brief scope of the works include:

• Dismantle and removal of the existing lift and lift room equipment (fixtures, fittings and wiring)
• Installation of the new lift
• Modification works to the existing lift shaft to comply and accommodate the new lift
• Associated electrical works including CCTV

The project will compliment our recent contract award at Strathfield Station and other previous lift replacements at railway stations within the Sydney region.
