Project Award for Homebush Data Centre

We are delighted to announce that Gartner Rose has been appointed by Sydney Water Corporation to undertake the replacement of roof sheeting and cladding for Homebush Data Centre-Building C.

This complicated project involves 1,800m2 of reroofing for the data centre with colorbond custom orb sheets. The wall sheets will be bull nosed to retain the original architectural design.

This project highlights Gartner Rose’s capabilities as a team as the process for this project will be intricate due to the vast amount of sensitive and important information stored in the functioning data centre.

Works are scheduled to commence in May 2015 and practical completion is scheduled for July 2015.

This project marks a return to Sydney Water Homebush for Gartner Rose following the successful refurbishment of Building B in 2009.
