Project Award for St John’s College Stage 2

We are delighted to advise that Gartner Rose has been appointed by St John’s College at the University of Sydney to undertake stage 2 of refurbishment works in the beautiful 1868 heritage listed college, having recently successfully completed the stage 1 works.

The scope of works includes:

• Upgrade of existing corridors and stairs to all floors of the Polding Wing
• Conversion of the Polding Attic to provide new bedrooms (6), common room, bathrooms, and kitchenette, including new dormer windows
• Refurbishment of the Nagle Library and Philosophical Room
• Refurbishment of the north tower with new music room, lounge, tutorial room, bedrooms (3) and kitchenette, including upgrades to the Blackabbot Stair
