Project Award for St Paul’s College Performance Centre and Gym Fitout

We are pleased to announce that Gartner Rose has been appointed by St Paul’s College to undertake the fitout works on St Paul’s College Performance Centre and Gym Fitout.

This project involves the fitout of a new Performance Centre and Gym Extension in the lower ground area of the Ivan Head and McMillan Buildings on the St Paul’s College campus in Camperdown.

The Performance Centre includes a dedicated performance space, an ensemble / green room, a pre-function space and two music practice studios, with works including minor alterations to existing walls, doors and services.

St Paul’s College will be fully operational during the planned construction works with considerations made to ensure the project is delivered successfully and safely with minimal impact to residents, educators and the general public.
