Project Award for Sydney Water West Ryde Facade Remediation

We are delighted to announce that Gartner Rose has been appointed by Sydney Water Corporation to undertake the remediation of the facade and associated works at the Hawkesbury Building, West Ryde.

The scope of works includes the removal of existing asbestos roof membrane and replacement, concrete cancer repairs throughout the building, replacement of all the glazing and repainting of the building.

This is Gartner Rose’s third project on this site for Sydney Water and reflects our abilities to work without interrupting their critical activities which take place on site.
