Project Award for Wollongong Regional Centre

We are delighted to announce that Gartner Rose has been appointed by Sydney Trains to undertake major civil works for the Wollongong Regional Centre.

The scope of works includes the subgrade and pavement, paths to perimeter of modular building, new perimeter fencing and access gates, new CCTV and access control, new lighting, new kerb and gutter lines, plinths and traffic islands and a new warehouse.

This project highlights the strong relationship between Gartner Rose and Sydney Trains as we undertake another project together.

Works are scheduled to commence in June 2015 and practical completion is scheduled for October 2015.

This project marks a return to Sydney Trains Wollongong site for Gartner Rose, following the successful construction of the new Wollongong Maintenance Centre of Excellence in 2014.
