Successful WE38 Possession at Chester Hill Station

We are delighted to advise the safe and successful utilisation of the WE38 possession at Chester Hill Station.

As part of the WE38 possession, the following scope was undertaken:

  • Relocation of existing station submain
  • Disconnection of existing services underneath platform canopies City End
  • Demolition of existing platform canopies City End
  • Erect hoarding where canopy has been removed City End
  • Relocation of existing platform services including lights, speakers and CCTV on to hoarding
  • Installation of VAM

Throughout the possession, 75 workers attended site over the two days with a total of 827 hours worked. The possession was completed with zero FAIs, MTI’s or incidents.
