Successful WE44 Possession at Chester Hill Station

We are delighted to advise the safe and successful utilisation of the WE44 possession at Chester Hill Station.

As part of the WE44 possession, the following scope was undertaken:

  • Piling on platform for platform canopies
  • Piling off platform for new concourse and lift
  • Demolition of existing small country canopy on platform
  • Installation of platform and off platform hoarding
  • Relocation of existing platform services including lights, speakers and CCTV on to hoarding
  • Installation of temporary concrete pump line onto stair structure
  • Installation of a new temporary station toilet following the closure of the existing toilet

Throughout the possession, Gartner Rose installed 31 piles in total. 175 workers attended site over the two days with a total of 1,925 hours worked. The possession was completed with zero FAIs, MTI’s or incidents.
