All Saints Senior College Casula

This project involved the construction of a new building containing four science labs, one prep room, one chemical storage room, a new access road and landscaping.

Works included screw piling, suspended concrete floor slab, structural steel framework, clad in Scyon Axon vertical FC sheeting together with plasterboard, vinyl / carpet floor linings, wet lab joinery and furniture, including fume cupboards.

The labs were fully equipped with data and interactive learning equipment in line with the CEO vision for interactive learning into the 21st century.

This building was constructed on the side of a steep ravine in unstable ground conditions. Being in a bushfire prone area the building also required a level of construction in accordance with strict bushfire controls.
