Australian Golf Club
This project involved construction of multiple new purpose-built structures over two stages. The new facilities have provided the Australian Golf Club with the ability to maintain their magnificent course and provide the infrastructure to allow them to host future events, such as The Australian Open, with ease.
Stage 1 involved the construction of new storage and maintenance facilities, with works including significant excavation for the construction of the new slabs, storage bays and two buildings. Diesel and fuel tanks were relocated and a cutting-edge water treatment plant was installed to allow an improved program for the re-use of water to be undertaken by the club.
Stage 2 involved the construction of a new administration building, staff amenities block, workshop and equipment storage facility. The new administration building consists of a new office and training rooms, a new kitchen, male and female bathroom and shower amenities, further to an accessible bathroom and a new locker room.
All works were constructed within a live environment without impacting day-to-day operation of the golf course.
