CBD Maintenance Centre of Excellence
The scope of works for the CBD Maintenance Centre of Excellence included 6,500m2 of asphalt (over 1,000 tonnes), new warehouse and test lab facilities, new stormwater, lighting, CCTV and access controls throughout the site.
Gartner Rose was also asked to undertake the sudden construction of a major retaining wall midway through construction.
