Central Station Escalator Infills

This project involved the construction of infill panels underneath two existing escalators at Central Station to make the escalators BCA/DDA compliant and prevent head injuries to the public. The scope of work included, but is not limited to:

  • Construction of a lightweight steel frame
  • Installation of stainless-steel panels to replicate the infills under the stairs at the Central Station Northwest Vertical Transport project
