Matraville Youth and Cultural Hall

This project involved demolition of the existing structure, followed by the construction of the new Youth and Cultural Hall.

The single storey building comprises of a community hall area, covered outdoor space adjoining hall, kitchen, storage area, bin / waste area, services room, male and female bathrooms, an accessible bathroom and entry foyer.

External works included landscaping works, a paved entryway for pedestrian access plus bicycle racks, solar panels and rainwater tanks, as well as the installation of electric vehicle charging points.
