St Paul’s College (Stage 1)

Stage one of the St Paul’s College project involved refurbishment and fit-out works across a number of bathrooms, bedrooms and laundries, with several of the laundries converted into kitchenettes.

Works included the refurbishment of three existing bathrooms with shower and toilet cubicles. This involved a complete strip-out of the existing bathroom, whilst maintaining the existing layout.

Three laundries were also converted into kitchenettes. This included the installation of sinks and zip taps under cupboards, shelf space, drawers, microwave space, new lighting, and exhaust fans.

All works were completed in a live environment to minimise the impact on students, whilst being mindful of the sensitive heritage aspects of the building.
