Sydenham Maintenance Centre of Excellence

The scope of works for the Sydenham Maintenance Centre of Excellence involved the construction of a new office facility in conjunction with Ausco, including the demolition of existing buildings, modifications and extensions to the existing sheds, an upgrade of the chemical storage facilities, complete site fencing, lighting and CCTV upgrades, as well as new at grade parking.
