Sydney Water Testing Laboratories
This project involved an upgrade of a number of laboratories for Sydney Water Corporation. 12,637 hours were worked to complete the works, which included:
- Strip out, followed by the fitout, of four PS2 grade laboratories
- Construction of a Laboratory Grade Clean Room (unique in its kind throughout Australia)
- Construction of an internal plant room
- Installation of Low E External Glazing to new Labs
- Installation of seven high spec fume cupboards
- Installation of 450m of 75mm of non-potable water copper piping servicing the entire building
- Floor, wall and ceiling finishes to main building corridors
- Refit of emergency lighting and EWIS systems throughout the main four storey building
- Installation of two external Nitrogen Tanks
