Wesley College Attic Conversion (current)
Gartner Rose has been appointed by Wesley College to undertake fitout and lift installation works to the heritage listed college.
The scope of works will include, but not limited to:
- Fitout of the main wing roof space (Level 2) to create six new bedrooms, storage areas, a study centre, a small coffee lounge, and additional showers and toilet amenities
- Construction of two new stairways from Level 1 to provide access to the new Level 2 roof space
- Installation of a new external lift, connected to the building by enclosed lobbies on each floor
- Conversion of the existing space on Level 1 into an accessible WC to accommodate the additional access requirement due to the new lift installation
- Implementation of firewall installations to compartmentalise the building
