CBD Maintenance Centre of Excellence Project Completion

We are delighted to advise that Gartner Rose recently completed the construction of the CBD Maintenance Centre of Excellence for Sydney Trains.

Works were completed early with 11,660 hours worked over this very short period.

The scope of works included 6,500m2 of asphalt (over 1,000 tonnes), new warehouse and test lab facilities, new stormwater, lighting, CCTV and access controls throughout the site. Gartner Rose were also asked to undertake the sudden construction of a major retaining wall midway through construction.
