Project Award for Bombo Waste Water Treatment Plant Roofing

We are delighted to advise that Gartner Rose has been appointed by Sydney Water to undertake re-roofing works at the Bombo Wastewater Treatment Plant.

The scope of works involves the stripping of 800m2 of Colorbond roofing and replacing it with new insulation and marine grade aluminium to the administration building, the chemical dosing building and the chlorination building. New Aluminium ½ round gutters will then be installed on the freshly painted fascias.

Gartner Rose will also replace all of the timber fascias and fibro soffits to the admin and chlorination buildings. New main entry glass doors and a new aluminium roller door will be installed to the admin building.

The chemical dosing building will be completely stripped down to the heavy steel frame, new purlins, roof and wall cladding will then be installed.

New exterior lights and signage will then be installed to all buildings prior to handover.
