Project Award for NRT Roofing and Cladding Package

We are delighted to announce that Gartner Rose has been appointed by Northwest Rapid Transit (NRT) Infrastructure Joint Venture to supply and install the wall and roof cladding for the Rapid Transit Rail Facility Buildings at Schofields.

This marks the second project awarded to Gartner Rose with Northwest Rapid Transit Infrastructure Joint Venture following the successful completion of Prototype Station, Sydney Metro Northwest.

This project will involve the supply and install of the wall and roof cladding to 19 Buildings which will be used for administration, maintenance, infrastructure workshop, rail store, train wash, train monitoring, wheel lathe, dangerous goods, security, fire pump room, transformer and bin store.

The total amount of roofing works will include 26,000m2 top roof, 20,000m2 secondary roof and 10,000m2 of cladding.
