Project Award for Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre

We are delighted to advise that Gartner Rose has been appointed by Cockram Constructions to install a new insulated roof system to the Main Building Indoor Pool, Ancillary Building and Manager’s Residence Building at Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre.

This project involves 2,899m2 of a new insulated roof system, 673m2 of Colorbond sheeting to the Ancillary Building and 611m2 of Colorbond sheeting to the Manager’s Residence.

Works will include Alsulate- 125 insulated Panel, Corrugated Waveline 0.9 Aluminium Colorbond Sheeting, Polycarbonate skylight sheets, Profiled foam fillers, Colorbond Aluminium Box Gutters, Aluminium Valley Gutters, Rainheads, Downpipes, Flashings and Cappings, Galvanised CHS Downpipes and Stainless Steel Mesh Leaf Guards.

Works are scheduled to commence late November 2015 and practical completion is scheduled for late March 2016.
