Project Award for Waterbrook Greenwich Retirement Village

We are delighted to announce that Gartner Rose has been appointed by Lend Lease to undertake the roof replacement at Waterbrook Greenwich Retirement Village.

The scope of works includes:

  • Removal of approximately 1,853m2 of existing concrete roof tiles, inclusive of sarking and timber battens
  • Removal of approximately 941m2 of existing Ridge, Valley and Tile Under Flashings
  • Installation of new Timber Battens inclusive of Galvanised Wire Safety Mesh, Anticon Insulation Blanket and 0.48 BMT Custom Orb Colorbond Metal Roof Sheeting
  • Installation of new 0.55 BMT Colorbond Ridge, Valley & Apron Flashings inclusive of Foam Fillers and fixings to the material manufacturer’s recommendations

All works must be undertaken without impacting on the residents of the retirement village.
