Dumbarton Street, McMahons Point

This project involved the restoration of the existing home, excavation below the  house for the construction of a basement garage, as well as the completion of a new two-storey extension to the rear of the house.

Designed by Coben Architects, the three level luxury home was completed with the highest level of finishes, and experiences most of the water views of Berry’s Bay.
