Australian Golf Club Stage 2 Project Completion

Gartner Rose is delighted to announce the safe and successful completion of Stage 2 at the Australian Golf Club for the Australian Golf Club and Platform Projects.

Over 32 weeks of construction, 17,575 hours were worked to complete the new purpose build structures including a new administration building, staff amenities block, workshop and equipment storage facility.

The new administration building consists of a new office and training rooms, a new kitchen, male and female bathroom and shower amenities further to an accessible bathroom and a new locker room for staff to enjoy. This fantastic new facility will give the Australian Golf Club the ability not only to maintain their magnificent course, but also provide the infrastructure to allow them host future events such as The Australian Open with ease.

Stage two completes the works at the Australian Golf Course for Gartner Rose, complementing stage one comprising the construction of an entirely new materials storage building, washing and cleaning facilities with a new access road.

All works were constructed within a live environment without impacting on the day to day operation of the golf course.
