De La Salle College Bankstown Project Completion

Gartner Rose is delighted to announce the successful completion of the science labs at Bankstown for Bovis Lend Lease.

Throughout the project, a total of 7,506 hours were worked during a 30 week period, with zero lost time injuries.

The scope of works included the refurbishment of six science labs (two wet, four dry), two prep rooms, one chemical storage room, an outdoor learning area and a 125 seat lecture theatre.

Works involved the full strip out of all linings and services fully replaced with new linings and furniture including fume cupboards, data and interactive learning equipment in line with CEO vision for interactive learning into the 21st century.

Designed by Thompson Adsett this particular project is the closest to the CEO ideal classroom layout with fully glazed walls promoting open plan learning.
