All Saints Senior College Casula Completion
Gartner Rose are delighted to announce the successful completion of the science labs at Casula for Bovis Lend Lease. Congratulations to all involved on a safe and successful project.
The project involved the construction of 4 science labs, 1 Prep room, 1 chemical storage room, an upgraded access road, and landscaping.
Works involved screw piling, suspended concrete floor slab, structural steel framework, clad in scyon axon vertical FC sheeting together with plasterboard, vinyl/carpet floor linings, wet lab joinery and furniture including fume cupboards, data and interactive learning equipment in line with CEO vision for interactive learning into the 21st century.
This building was constructed on the side of a steep ravine in unstable ground conditions. Also in a bushfire-prone area, the building required a level of construction in accordance with strict bushfire controls.
