Matraville Youth and Cultural Hall Project Completion
Gartner Rose is delighted to advise the safe and successful completion of the Matraville Youth and Cultural Hall project.
Works included, but weren’t limited to:
- Demolition of the existing community hall
- Readjustment of boundary fencing
- Construction of a new building comprising of a community hall area, adjoining covered outdoor space, kitchen, storage area, services room and male, female and accessible bathrooms
- Landscaping works
- Paved entryway for pedestrian access
- Installation of bicycle racks, solar panels and rainwater tanks
- Electric vehicle charging points
