St Paul’s College (Stage 3) Project Completion

Gartner Rose is delighted to advise the safe and successful completion of the refurbishment and fitout works (Stage 3) at St Paul’s College within the University of Sydney, to a design by Stephen Grech Architects.

The project involved upgrades to a number of the bathrooms, with the scope of works including, but not limited to:

• Complete strip out and refurbishment of 4 existing bathrooms with new showers and toilet cubicles.
• Conversion of 1 laundry space into kitchenette, including installation of sinks and zip taps under cupboards, shelf space, drawers, microwave space, new lighting and exhaust fans
• Renovation of 1 existing kitchenette

These significant upgrade works were undertaken within a very short shutdown period over the Christmas holidays, with no ability to extend the program. Works were completed in time for the return of students in early February.
