Osborne Road Project Completion

Gartner Rose is delighted to announce the safe and successful completion of the renovations of a house in Osborne Road, Manly.

The scope of works included:

• Renovation of the ground floor of the existing main house for a new kitchen, walk in pantry, dining room, family room, laundry and powder room
• Installation of structural steel columns and beams in the ground floor walls and existing ceiling space to form provisions for a second storey to the main house
• Extension of a second storey to the garage for a main ensuite and a walk in robe for the master bedroom

Congratulations to everyone for bringing this project to a safe completion two weeks ahead of schedule, and a special thanks to the project team, subcontractors and suppliers that have tirelessly helped throughout the project.
