Project Award for Four Schools Roof Replacement

We are delighted to advise that Gartner Rose has been appointed by The Department of Education to undertake the roofing and associated works required at four schools across Sydney. The schools included are Mount Colah Public School, Normanhurst Boys High School, Normanhurst West Public School and Wideview Public School.

All four schools will see the supply and installation of Colorbond corrugated roof sheeting to comply with Australian Standards as existing roofs are beyond their life expectancy, spanning a total of approximately 4,000m2.

Further works to each school include the supply and installation of new roof ventilators, minor stormwater upgrades, guttering, down pipes, skylights and permanent roof safety systems. In addition to the roofing works, Gartner Rose will also be repainting and replacing soffits.

The project is expected to be completed by Easter 2020.
