Project Award for Kangy Angy Amenities Building

We are delighted to advise that Gartner Rose has been appointed by UGL on behalf of Transport for NSW to undertake the construction of the new Drivers Amenity Building, as part of the Changeover Facility within the New Intercity Fleet (NIF) Maintenance Facility, at Kangy Angy.

The new Amenity Building will service Train Drivers and Guards during the limited time their trains are handed over for Maintenance at the NIF Maintenance Facility.

All works will occur within the live operating maintenance facility and will utilise innovative prefabrication techniques.

The project will commence in January 2021 with an expected completion of June 2021.
