Project Award for Penrith Panthers Rugby League Academy

We are pleased to advise that Gartner Rose has been appointed by Brookfield Multiplex to complete the new roofing works for the new Penrith Panthers Rugby League Group Academy.

Gartner Rose is delighted to take part in constructing the roofing system for the new Panthers Rugby League Academy which will have an expansive educational facility, team rooms, state of the art AV rooms, a fully equipped gym, medical facilities and recreational spaces.

Works will include 3,370m2 of .48BMT Kliplok Colorbond with R3.0 Glasswool insulation with foil vapour barrier, flashings and cappings, 296 linear metres of 630 x 310 mm colorbond box gutters, roof penetration upstands and soaker trays including the supply and installation of Skytubes.

Works are scheduled to commence 7 September 2015 and practical completion is scheduled for 15 December 2015.
