Project Award for St John’s College Stage 3

We are delighted to advise that Gartner Rose has been appointed by St John’s College Council to undertake refurbishment works to the commercial kitchen at the Wardell designed 1868 Gothic Revival building within the University of Sydney.

The works will compliment our recently completed upgrades and additions to the heritage listed college completed in July, earlier this year.

The scope of works within the kitchen will involve:

• New coving throughout
• Installation of a hygienic wall system to the kitchen
• Waterproofing of the floor throughout
• Rejuvenate all stainless-steel fixtures
• Reinstate fixtures and equipment

The works will commence early December with an expected completion of the beginning of February.
