Project Award for St John’s College Stage 4

We are pleased to announce that Gartner Rose has been directed by Hector Abrahams Architects to carry out construction works for the student carpark at St John’s College within the University of Sydney.

The works will accompany our recently completed project within the 1868 Wardell designed Gothic Revival building, involving refurbishments and additions to various heritage sections of the college.

The scope of works to the carpark include, but not limited to:

• Demolish existing redundant concrete and construct the new carpark surface
• Supply and fit a new drainage system
• Install bollards along the driveway from Parramatta Road
• Provide and install new fencing
