Successful WE18 Possession at Point Clare Station
We are delighted to advise the safe and successful utilisation of the WE18 track possession over the weekend of the 30th and 31st October at Point Clare Station.
Over the possession weekend, 95 persons worked 1030 hours to achieve 100% of the scope for Monday morning. As part of the Possession WE18 at Point Clare Station, Gartner Rose completed a 14m underline crossing (ULX) under both tracks for the route of combined service. 5no of continuous flight auger (CFA) piles up to a depth of 16.5m. Possession prep includes the construction of a 600mm thick piling pad. A shoring system was installed in the ground before pilling to allow excavation of lift pits post-possession.
