Sydney Water Daceyville Depot Project Completion

Gartner Rose are excited to announce the safe and successful completion of the refurbishment of the former storage facility within the Sydney Water Depot in Daceyville.

Over 32 weeks of construction, 12,600 hours were worked to convert previous storage areas into meeting rooms within the depot. The project saw the demolition of the existing walls, replaced by new glass partition walls, recarpeting of the entire area and various painting works.

The meeting rooms were fitted with new state-of-the-art furnishings and teleconferencing equipment. Mechanical, electrical and data upgrades were also undertaken. The previous and now redundant equipment was removed and transported to be reused within the greater Sydney Water network.
