WestConnex M5 MOC3 Buildings Project Completion

We are delighted to advise the safe and successful completion of the contract works for the Arncliffe MOC3 Buildings as part of the WestConnex New M5 for CPB Dragados Samsung Joint Venture.

Over 48 weeks of construction, 12,252 hours were worked to complete the scope of works appointed to Gartner Rose in the Exhaust Ventilation, Supply Ventilation, Substation and Wastewater Treatment Plant buildings.

Across the buildings, Gartner Rose undertook the supply and installation of specialised doors, frames, ceilings, external linings and hydraulic works. Roofing and cladding works were also part of the scope to the MOC3 buildings.

The project was completed with zero incidents.

The works compliment our recent projects undertaken for the WestConnex including works at MOC1 in Kingsgrove and MOC2 Bexley.
