Ken Birdsey Park Amenities Building

This project involved the construction of the Ken Birdsey Park  Amenities Building. Spanning an area of 1,310m2, the amenities building, designed by Sam Crawford Architects, will consisted of:

• Community / Club Room and Club Storeroom
• Admin Office
• 2 no. Sports Storeroom
• First Aid Room
• Umpire Changeroom
• 4 no. Team Changeroom (inclusive of shower and WC)
• Additional WC Facilities
• Accessible Changeroom
• Baby Changeroom
• BBQ Storeroom
• Kiosk and 2 no. Kiosk Storerooms

The scope of works included, but not limited to:

• Construction of concrete building slab
• Installation of all structural steel
• Installation of all masonry and metal cladding
• Completion of all internal services and fit out
• Installation of metal gates and outdoor furniture
