Queens Park Amenities Upgrade
The upgrade to the Queens Park Amenities building involved the demolition of the existing building followed by the full construction and fit out of a new amenities building, including architectural brick walls, a structural steel roof frame with associated roof sheets and gutters.
Works also included the fitout of public toilets, an accessible toilet, four team change rooms, umpire change rooms, utility rooms and storerooms.
Landscaping works included new brick retaining walls, concrete pavement and stairs, a brick pavement border to the entrance, public seating benches, wash basins and soft landscaping. The scope also included for the demolition and construction of a new cycle / pedestrian path.
