Ultimo SPS0001 Pump House
The project involved internal and external heritage restoration works with a complete internal fit out. The scope of works included:
- Major sandstone works refacing, renewing and replacing 90% of the stone facade
- Complete roof restoration to rebuild the slate pitched roof and lead box gutters
- Replacement of 26 timber external windows
- Re-glazing eight existing sashes
- Rectification to all internal timber floors and brickwork
- Opening internal doorways and installing new doors and highlights
- Reinstating toilet facilities
- Electrical and lighting upgrade, including heritage pendant lights
- Installation of security screens
- Removal of all lead dust from the ceiling space
- Removal of lead paint from the walls
- Painting all internal walls, ceilings, windows and doors
