Patrician Brothers College Fairfield Project Completion

Gartner Rose is delighted to announce the successful completion of the science labs at Fairfield for Bovis Lend Lease.

Throughout the project, a total of 14,828 hours were worked during a 40 week period, with zero lost time injuries.

The scope involved the refurbishment of six science labs, two prep rooms, one chemical storage room, toilet / laundry facilities, two offices and a covered outdoor learning area, including green houses and landscaping.

Works involved the full strip out of all linings and services fully replaced with new linings and furniture, including fume cupboards, data and interactive learning equipment in line with CEO vision for interactive learning into the 21st century.
