Project Award for Australian Technology Park Lift

We are delighted to advise that Gartner Rose has been appointed by Glascott Landscape & Civil to undertake lift works at the Australian Technology Park, Eveleigh.

The redevelopment of the Australian Technology Park involves the construction of three new buildings for the 13.2 hectare site. The project involves the transformation of three parking lots within the ATP precinct into state-of-the-art commercial buildings, adding circa 107,400 m2 of employment space to the precinct which will be home to an extra 10,000 workers by 2020.

Gartner Rose will be undertaking the construction of a new public access lift comprising insitu concrete lift pit, precast concrete walls and roof with a front façade involving glazing and louvres.
