Project Award for Central Waterproofing and Paving

We are delighted to advise that Gartner Rose has been appointed by Sydney Trains to undertake waterproofing, paving and heritage stone restoration works at Central Station.

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:

• removal of all existing pavers on the Eastern forecourt
• installation of new waterproofing membranes
• installation of new City of Sydney Council approved pavers
• remedial and new works to existing sandstone on Central Station

Works will start within the next two weeks. The project will be challenging in terms of access, interaction with the general public, delivery of materials and protection during weather events.
