Project Award for Lilyfield Rail Yard

We are delighted to advise that Gartner Rose has been appointed by Coleman Rail to undertake roofing and cladding works at the Lilyfield Rail Yard, as part of the Sydney Light Rail Project.

The scope of works includes:

  • 3,200m2 Kingspan insulated roofing along with 500 l/m of insulated welded Kingspan box gutter
  • 2,000 m2 of Finesse architectural wall cladding
  • 500m2 of parapet linings
  • Complete Safety Access System including hatches, ladders and static lines both internally and externally
