Project Award for St Paul’s College Stage 2

We are delighted to advise that Gartner Rose has been appointed by St Paul’s College to undertake the second stage of refurbishment and fit-out works on St Paul’s College.

Gartner Rose will return to St Paul’s College to upgrade a number of additional bathrooms. The scope of work will include but is not limited to:

• Complete strip out and refurbishment of eight existing bathrooms with new showers and toilet cubicles
• For three of the bathrooms this involves the demolition of an adjoining wall to create larger bathrooms with a new layout

The project will be completed in a live environment to minimise the impact on students, whilst being mindful of the sensitive heritage aspects of the building.
