Queens Park Amenities Project Completion

We are delighted to advise the safe and successful completion of the Queens Park Baronga Avenue Amenities Upgrade for Centennial Park & Moore Park Trust.

The upgrade to the Queens Park Amenities building involved the demolition of the existing building followed by the full construction and fit-out of a new amenity building. This included architectural brick walls and a structural steel roof frame with translucent roof sheeting.

Works included the fit-out of public toilets, an accessible toilet, four team change rooms, umpire change rooms, utility rooms and storerooms. Landscaping works included new brick retaining walls, concrete pavement and stairs, a brick pavement border to the entrance, public seating benches, wash basins and soft landscaping. The scope also included the demolition and construction of a new cycle/pedestrian path.

Congratulations to everyone for bringing this project to a safe completion and a special thanks to the project team, subcontractors and suppliers.
